Role Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative professional to join our technology team in a role that combines the responsibilities of a Frontend Developer, Web Developer, and UI Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications that deliver exceptional digital experiences. The candidate will participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of web applications.

The position also includes integrating frontend applications with APIs and backend services, managing state efficiently, optimizing loading speed, improving search engine optimization (SEO), implementing responsive design principles, and ensuring consistent user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The successful candidate will monitor application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, resolve interface bugs, and continuously enhance application usability through data-driven improvements.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining technical documentation, participating in code reviews, supporting version control processes, implementing automated testing where appropriate, collaborating on continuous integration and deployment initiatives, and evaluating emerging frontend technologies that improve development efficiency and product quality. The candidate will also contribute to design systems, component libraries, user interface consistency, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of frontend development principles, responsive web design, user interface engineering, and modern web technologies.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Nuxt.js, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility (WCAG).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, design systems, component-based architecture, and reusable frontend development practices.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other web services into frontend applications.
• Knowledge of state management solutions, asynchronous programming, and client-side performance optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with frontend build tools, package managers, module bundlers, and automated testing frameworks is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, utility-first CSS frameworks, and modern styling approaches is an advantage.
• Understanding of web security best practices, authentication, authorization, and secure frontend development principles.
• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), web performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
