Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated ERPNext Developer & Technical Support Specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext development, customization, and user support. This dual-role position combines development and technical support to ensure our ERP system operates efficiently and meets evolving business needs.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and maintain ERPNext modules using the Frappe framework, Python, JavaScript, and MySQL/MariaDB
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
• Integrate third-party applications using REST APIs
• Manage version control with Git and participate in code reviews
• Write clean, well-documented code adhering to best practices

Technical Support:

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues
• Generate custom reports, scripts, and dashboards
• Document technical processes and provide user training
• Ensure a smooth and responsive ERP experience for all stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience with ERPNext development and support
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MySQL/MariaDB, Git, and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of core ERP modules: Accounting, Inventory, HR, Sales, and CRM
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience with Docker, Linux server administration, or cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean
• Contributions to open-source ERPNext or Frappe projects
• Background in business process design or ERP implementation strategies
