We're hiring a Software Engineer with 4–7 years of experience who enjoy building products from the ground up.

This isn't an enterprise engineering role. We're looking for engineers who have worked at early-stage (Series A–C), VC-backed startups, owned product features end-to-end, and enjoy moving quickly with a small team.

You'll work directly with founders to build and scale a marketplace platform that moves real equipment and vehicles across the country. Engineers here have significant ownership and help shape both product direction and technical decisions.

What You'll Do

• Own customer-facing features from concept through production.
• Build scalable frontend and full-stack applications using TypeScript.
• Design APIs, data models, and backend services.
• Build systems supporting payments, logistics, financing, and marketplace transactions.
• Partner directly with founders to ship product quickly.
• Make architecture and product decisions with significant autonomy.
• Improve user experience through thoughtful product and design decisions.

Required Qualifications

To be considered, you should have:

• 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience at a Series A, B, or C VC-backed startup
• Experience building and owning features end-to-end
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript
• Experience building modern customer-facing web applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a U.S. university
• Strong product mindset with an eye for user experience
• Ability to work on-site in New York City five days per week

• You attended a coding bootcamp without earning a Computer Science degree.
• You haven't worked in a fast-paced startup environment.
• You're looking for a remote or hybrid role.
