However, AI makes mistakes, especially when dealing with the rigid logic of Oracle, SAP, or modern analytics tools. We need an assistant to ensure these automated outputs meet our standards for accuracy and reliability. This is a fully remote, part-time contract position designed for someone who is organized and detail oriented.

The role
In this position, you are the final line of defense against automated errors. This role is focused on truth. You will spend your time verifying that what the AI says matches the actual reality of the system logs and client requirements. Because we are a fully remote company, you will manage your tasks independently while coordinating with our consultants through digital channels. This is an entry level contract position where you will learn how high stakes consulting projects are documented and delivered. The work is part-time, allowing for a flexible schedule while contributing to the final handover of a client single source of truth.

What you will be doing

• Reviewing AI-generated drafts of system configuration guides for technical errors or logical gaps.
• Auditing logs to ensure that automated data summaries have not missed critical anomalies in the system.
• Checking that financial and technical terminology is used correctly in project reports and handover files.
• Refining documentation to make sure it is clear enough for a client to use without our help once the project ends.
• Identifying patterns in where the AI tends to misinterpret technical details or simplify them too much.
• Cleaning up spreadsheets where automated tools have misaligned columns or incorrectly categorized data.
• Assisting with the organization of internal documentation repositories so consultants can find what they need quickly.
• Comparing AI-transcribed meeting notes against recording highlights to ensure technical decisions are captured accurately.
