事業・プロダクトともに拡大フェーズを迎えており、ユーザーの課題解決を技術でリードできるソフトウェアエンジニアを募集します。

【業務内容】

以下の業務を主体的に推進していただきます。

• プロダクト機能を課題定義から本番運用まで一貫して推進
• Webアプリケーション・モバイルアプリ・API・バックエンドサービスの設計・開発
• データモデル、データ処理、外部システムとのデータ連携の設計・実装
• 複雑な運航業務や予測データを、直感的に利用できるUI・機能へ落とし込む
• 航空会社ユーザーとの対話を通じた課題理解・仮説検証
• Product Ownerと連携した要件定義・優先順位付け
• Business Developmentチームから得られる顧客フィードバックのプロダクトへの反映
• デザイナー・データサイエンティスト・航空分野の専門家との協働

About Us

NABLA Mobility Inc. is a startup dedicated to driving operations optimization for airlines through the development and provision of strategic network solutions leveraging AI and Machine Learning (ML).

Currently, many decisions in the aviation industry still rely on manual processes and expert judgment. Consequently, challenges such as unexpected events like turbulence, traffic congestion, and delays impact flight safety, operational efficiency, and the reduction of environmental footprints. We address these uncertainties through advanced analysis of real-time and historical operational data.

Our flight operations optimization software, Weave, functions as an advisory tool that proposes optimal solutions and quantitatively evaluates trade-offs for strategic flight modifications, helping airlines achieve both fuel consumption reduction and safety enhancement. Furthermore, OBST, our software that semi-automates obstacle data processing, quickly and easily evaluates the impact of obstacles based on NOTAM and AIP information around airports, automating the takeoff performance calculation process. Designed to accommodate airline-specific operational conditions, we also offer the Operational Forecaster to proactively detect and accurately respond to daily operational disruptions. As an industry pioneer, we merge cutting-edge academic theory, technology, and deep know-how in aviation practices to lead the future of the global aviation industry.

Role Overview

NABLA Mobility is a startup developing SaaS products specialized for the aviation industry. The aviation market is truly global, and our products are growing with the premise of being provided to international airlines, not just domestically.

As both our business and products enter an expansion phase, we are looking for a Software Engineer who can lead user problem-solving through technology.

Responsibilities

You will proactively drive the following:

• Drive product features end-to-end, from problem definition to production deployment and operation.
• Design and develop web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and backend services.
• Design and implement data models, data processing pipelines, and data integration with external systems.
• Translate complex flight operations and predictive data into intuitive UIs and functional features.
• Understand issues and validate hypotheses through direct dialogue with airline users.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on requirement definition and prioritization.
• Incorporate customer feedback gathered by the Business Development team into the product.
• Collaborate with designers, data scientists, and aviation domain experts.
• Continuously improve architecture, code quality, data quality, reliability, and development processes.
