Full Stack Developer (React & NestJS) – Defense Company | NORTH

About the role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our Information Systems development team at a defense company located in the north. The role combines hands-on development of complex end-to-end systems with methodological responsibility, leading development processes, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end development: Design and implement complex features using React (Frontend) and NestJS (Backend)
  • Architecture: Design and select databases, APIs, and complex integrations within organizational systems
  • Mentoring: Guide and support developers, assist with technical challenges, and help elevate the team’s overall development level
  • Development process management: Work closely with Product Managers (PMs) to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Full Stack development

  • Backend: Strong experience with NestJS or significant experience with Node.js
  • Frontend: Expertise in React
  • Languages: High proficiency in TypeScript
  • Databases: Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL
  • Methodology: Proven experience in leading and mentoring developers
  • Experience with enterprise systems or internal organizational systems – advantage
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) – advantage
  • Experience working with AWS – advantage
  • Understanding of microservices and distributed architecture – advantage
