Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support the institute’s programs and initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end user interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring responsive, accessible design. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, reviewing code for quality and security, debugging issues, and participating in continuous improvement of development workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnālī, Nepal, requiring close coordination with local team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience creating scalable, secure server-side applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive solutions.
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, server-side languages, and relational or NoSQL databases).
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to write clean, maintainable code.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
