Software Engineer

We build software for the creator economy — giving talent agencies the tools to pitch clients, track campaign performance, and streamline payments. We're an early-stage, VC-backed startup with strong investor backing, and we're growing our engineering team.

As a software engineer, you'll take ownership of key features and have real influence over how the product evolves. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who moves fast, thinks in systems, and thrives in an early-stage environment.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong TypeScript skills and hands-on experience with Next.js/React
• Comfort with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Track record of working effectively on cross-functional teams
• High ownership mentality — you ship, you iterate, you care about the outcome
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain core product features used by agencies and their clients
• Take features from scoping through production
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical quality
• Mentor teammates and help shape how the team builds
• Stay close to customers and let their needs drive your work

• Startup experience
• Prior mentorship or tech lead experience
