Designs, develops, tests, delivers, maintains, and improves business applications as a member of a team, works across entire software development lifecycle.

Job Requirement

🔹 5+ years of experience in frontend development. 

🔹 5+ years of experience developing hybrid mobile applications using Ionic (must have)

🔹 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v10+). 

🔹 Strong knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS. 

🔹 Experience with state management (e.g., NgRx). 

🔹 Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JWT, and OAuth. 

🔹 Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and e2e testing. 

🔹 Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring developers. 

🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibility

   Required Skills & Qualifications

🔹 Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. 

Development & Architecture: Design and implement responsive, high-performance Angular applications. 🔹 Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services. Optimize application performance and scalability. 

🔹 Project Management: Break down requirements into actionable tasks and delegate effectively. Ensure timely delivery of features and bug fixes. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. 

🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and QA Engineers. 🔹 Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications 

🔹 Experience with Micro frontend/Module Federation.

🔹 Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization. 

🔹 Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
