1. Strong Software Engineering Fundamentals

  • 5–6+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Experience designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining high-quality, secure, and stable production software.

2. Modern Web Development

  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Node.js / NPM.
  • Experience building applications using React and Redux.
  • Understanding of web-based technologies, concepts, and constructs.
  • Experience developing modular, componentized web applications.

3. AI-Assisted Development
