Role Summary:

Senior Full Stack Developer responsible for enhancing and supporting the Ceres application, a MERN-based application hosted in the Azure OPS tenant. The role requires strong hands-on MERN development along with technical documentation, solution design, security, accessibility, DevOps, and stakeholder collaboration.

Top 5 Must-Haves:

1. MERN Stack – 7+ years of full-stack development using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
2. Technical Documentation – 4+ years developing and maintaining build books, deployment procedures, release documentation, operational/support documentation, and other technical artifacts.
3. Solution Design & Architecture Documentation: Hands-on experience maintaining solution design artifacts, models, diagrams, and supporting documentation, and providing technical input for architecture, security, privacy, and governance reviews.
4. Application Development + AODA: Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing application enhancements and technical improvements, including AODA-compliant solutions.
5. DevOps / CI-CD + Cloud & Security: Experience with source control, DevOps, CI/CD, Azure DevOps/Git, along with knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and IT security best practices.

NOTE: MERN is the core requirement. We would not treat a generic React/Node developer without strong MongoDB + Express + full MERN experience as a match.

• Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements, bug fixes, technical improvements, and platform upgrades for the MERN-based application.
• Maintain solution architecture, design artifacts, technical diagrams, build books, deployment procedures, release documentation, and operational/support documentation.
• Ensure solutions align with functional, technical, security, privacy, integration, cloud, accessibility, and applicable OPS standards.
• Support architecture, security, privacy, and governance reviews by providing technical analysis and implementation expertise.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, support Agile delivery, identify and resolve technical issues, and provide knowledge transfer for ongoing operational support.
