We're hiring an IT Specialist (Backend / Frontend / AI Agents)

OSMAN Business Architect is a troubleshooting company helping businesses identify problems, build effective systems, and achieve sustainable growth.

With experience working with 200+ companies, we focus on Finance, HR, Management, Warehousing, and Business Processes.

OSMAN — solving business problems through systems.

What you'll be doing:

• Programming in Python and/or JavaScript
• Frontend and Backend development
• Building CRM and ERP systems
• Developing Web and Mobile Applications
• Working with APIs and integrations
• SQL and database fundamentals
• Building AI and AI Agents
• Automation and no-code/low-code platforms
• Version control with Git/GitHub
• Deploying projects to a server

Who we're looking for:

— Bachelor's degree or in progress (IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field)

— 1-2 years of hands-on experience (a GitHub/portfolio is a big plus)

Please note: if your background is mainly server/network setup, IT support, or sysadmin work, this role isn't the right fit. We need someone who writes code and builds products, not someone who manages infrastructure.
