About The Role

The Software Engineer - Full Stack role builds and operates user-facing products across the application stack, from responsive web interfaces to backend services and data integrations. The team works primarily with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with cloud infrastructure supporting reliable, high-volume customer workflows.

You will own meaningful product areas end to end: translating requirements into technical designs, shipping tested features, and improving performance, security, and observability in production. The role is remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates based in Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and ship full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and REST or GraphQL APIs
  • Build reliable backend services and data models with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven integrations
  • Create accessible, responsive interfaces and reusable frontend components that work across modern browsers and devices
  • Own features through the complete delivery cycle, including technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support
  • Improve application performance, reliability, and security using profiling, automated monitoring, logging, and alerting
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and on-call or incident-response processes while documenting technical decisions

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–8 years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production web applications
  • Strong proficiency with TypeScript or JavaScript and hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development practices
  • Production experience developing backend services with Node.js, Python, Java, or a comparable language
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, API design, authentication, and distributed systems fundamentals
  • Experience deploying and operating applications in a cloud environment such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including CI/CD workflows and containerized services
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: experience with GraphQL, Kubernetes, mobile development, infrastructure as code, event streaming platforms, or design systems
