About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Jobtailor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various recruitment channels, and the ability to identify top talent efficiently. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a technology or staffing environment.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media channels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and promote open positions to reach a diverse pool of applicants.
• Conduct reference checks and facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding arrangements.
