For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer, (Fullstack/Frontend) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape patient-facing web experiences that are reliable, intuitive, and built to scale. The engineer will partner closely with product and design teams to turn user needs into performant solutions while helping guide technical direction. There is also a strong emphasis on data accuracy, third-party integrations, and accessibility in a regulated healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable full stack solutions to enhance patient experiences.
• Mentor engineers on technical best practices and design standards.
• Participate in product discovery to identify user needs and validate ideas.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive interfaces for patients.
• Build reliable integrations while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Drive technical vision by identifying strategic technology investments.
• Analyze metrics to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building production web products with full stack expertise in React/Next.js and Node/TypeScript.
• Proficiency in front end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and back end technologies such as Node.js and PostgresDB.
• Experience with scalable web applications and third-party integrations in a cloud environment.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with event instrumentation and SQL.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles with experience in web performance optimization and accessibility.
