Role Description Web Application Developer - Full-Stack role is a full-time, fully remote position responsible for building high-quality web applications. Day-to-day tasks include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack web solutions that support AWISEE’s growth engines and partner projects. Collaboration with internal growth and operations teams is expected to refine requirements, integrate APIs and data sources, and ensure that web applications and written content meet performance, accessibility, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Web Application Development and Web Applications, including building scalable, responsive interfaces and robust application architectures.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, working with server-side frameworks, databases, and APIs to deliver secure and performant solutions.
• Experience in Software Development, following best practices such as version control, testing, and continuous integration in modern development workflows.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and ability to apply them to clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Comfort working in a fully remote, international environment, with strong communication, time management, and self-organization skills.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
• Relevant background or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
