The Role

• Lead full-stack development for a secure web portal supporting families of fallen service members.
• Design, build, and sustain scalable, accessible web applications within AWS GovCloud environments (IL2-IL5).
• Implement modular, reusable code for portal features like account creation, consent, and e-signature workflows.
• Develop secure, responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks, adhering to Section 508 and UX standards.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage secure data exchanges with high compliance and isolation requirements.
• Build and maintain serverless and microservices-based back-end components in AWS GovCloud.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise web application or portal development.
• Proven success developing secure, integrated systems in AWS GovCloud or equivalent IL-classified environments.
• Experience building case management or user access portals for high-security data environments.
• Expertise in Java, C#, or Python and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Proficiency with RESTful API design, JSON, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity controls, DISA STIG compliance, RMF processes, and an active Secret clearance.
