Full-Stack Developer

ARRO is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of the digital and technical systems across our company.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can design, build and maintain high-quality websites, while also supporting the wider technology needs of the company.

You will become our internal go-to person for web development, IT systems, integrations, automation and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain websites across ARRO and our brands
• Handle both front-end and back-end development
• Manage hosting, domains, DNS, deployments and website performance
• Maintain and improve existing websites as our brands evolve
• Connect and manage APIs, CRM systems, payment platforms and other integrations
• Implement automations and AI tools to improve internal workflows
• Manage analytics, tracking and technical marketing integrations
• Support company IT systems, software, accounts and user access
• Manage Google Workspace, Drive permissions and company email systems
• Troubleshoot day-to-day technical and IT issues
• Maintain appropriate security, backups and access controls
• Research and implement new technology and systems as required

What We’re Looking For

• Strong full-stack web development skills
• Experience building and launching production websites
• Strong understanding of modern front-end development
• Experience with back-end development, databases and APIs
• Comfortable managing hosting, domains and cloud services
• Understanding of business IT systems and troubleshooting
• Experience with integrations, automation and AI tools is a strong advantage
• Able to independently research and solve technical problems
• Organized, reliable and comfortable managing multiple systems
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently

The Role

We don't need someone who only builds websites or someone who only provides IT support.

We are looking for a technically capable generalist who can build great digital products and take responsibility for making sure the technology behind our company works properly.
