We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to help build the core of an AI-powered SaaS platform. This role spans the full product stack from third-party integrations and backend services to LLM-driven agent workflows and user-facing product experiences.

Location: Remote Role

Working Hours: 5:45 AM - 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build and maintain LLM-powered agent workflows for planning, execution, tool use, structured outputs, approvals, guardrails, logging, and rollback.
• Develop integrations with accounting, CRM, booking, advertising, search, and email platforms using OAuth, APIs, webhooks, and sync pipelines.
• Build resilient integration systems that handle rate limits, pagination, retries, and partial failures.
• Design data pipelines that transform third-party data into actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain structured business profiles and shared intelligence layers used across the platform.
• Develop frontend product experiences using TypeScript and React.
• Build backend APIs and services using Node.js or Python.
• Work with PostgreSQL, queues, webhooks, and background jobs.
• Develop AI-generated content systems with brand voice rules, constraints, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product and design to implement interactive prototypes accurately.
• Improve LLM performance through prompt design, structured outputs, evaluations, and cost/latency optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience building production web applications.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js or Python.
• Proven experience shipping LLM-powered features to production.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context design, tool calling, structured outputs, evals, and AI reliability.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, data modeling, queues, webhooks, and background processing.
• Deep experience integrating third-party APIs, including OAuth flows, rate limits, pagination, and failure handling.
• Strong product judgment and ability to balance technical decisions with user experience and product integrity.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating platforms such as Xero, MYOB, HubSpot, Google, Meta, Tradify, ServiceM8, Timely, or Fresha.
• Experience with voice interfaces, speech-to-text, or real-time transcription.
• Knowledge of SEO tooling, CMS platforms, or programmatic page generation.
• Experience working with Google Ads or Meta Ads APIs.
• Early-stage or startup experience with end-to-end system ownership.
