About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack AI Agent Developer with a minimum of 2 years of professional development experience to join our client’s technology team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating and maintaining AI-powered applications and intelligent agents. You should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend development, with practical experience building AI-driven solutions rather than purely theoretical or research-based AI knowledge.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on professional software development experience
• Proven hands-on experience developing AI agents, AI-powered applications or LLM-based solutions
• Strong full-stack development experience
• Strong Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript development skills
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js or similar
• Experience developing backend services and APIs
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI APIs
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, orchestration tools or agentic workflows
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party API integrations
• Good understanding of databases and data management
• Experience with Git/version control
• Understanding of cloud-based development and deployment
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and AI-powered applications
• Build and maintain full-stack applications from frontend through to backend
• Integrate LLMs, AI APIs and third-party services into production applications
• Develop APIs, backend services and integrations
• Build agent workflows capable of using tools, APIs and external data sources
• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces
• Work with databases and manage application data effectively
• Test, debug and optimise applications and AI workflows
• Monitor and improve the performance, reliability and accuracy of AI-powered solutions
• Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments
• Collaborate with developers, product teams and other stakeholders
• Stay current with developments in AI agents, LLMs, automation and full-stack development
