Role Description The Web Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Yerevan, Armenia. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support the HayWork.am platform, including both user-facing features and behind-the-scenes functionality. Day-to-day tasks include implementing responsive interfaces, optimizing performance, integrating APIs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with product, design, and QA teams to deliver reliable features. The Web Developer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help improve development workflows and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience building modern, scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design, including responsive layouts and user-friendly interfaces.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including working with server-side frameworks and databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
• Understanding of web performance, security best practices, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work on-site in Yerevan, Armenia and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with freelance marketplaces or platforms is a plus, along with knowledge of agile development methodologies.
