About the Opportunity:

The SOFTWARE DEVELOPER role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that meet functional requirements with a focus on quality, security, and performance. This position contributes by continuously improving applications and collaborating with the team to enhance the digital working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design functional, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to support coding, refactoring, documentation, error analysis, code reviews, and quality assurance
• Ensure high code quality through modern testing methods and automation
• Create and maintain technical documentation for maintainability and knowledge sharing
• Implement and optimize database solutions for efficient data processing
• Develop modern web applications with attention to standards, usability, and performance
• Integrate cloud technologies for scalable, secure application delivery
• Configure and improve development environments, build processes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze and resolve technical errors; perform performance tuning
• Apply version control and collaboration processes to support team efficiency
• Implement security best practices throughout development

Requirements:

• Proficiency in a major programming language and experience with web technologies and frameworks such as Blazor, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of data management and API development and integration
• Experience with Azure services and understanding of modern application infrastructures
• Familiarity with build, deployment, and version control systems, particularly Git
• Experience with unit testing, test-driven development, test automation, and secure development practices
• Strong debugging skills and ability to optimize performance and stability
• Ability to understand domain and process requirements and contribute to agile workflows
• Clear technical documentation skills and collaborative work style
• Analytical thinking, reliability, and structured work approach
• Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability to new topics and changes
