A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution is essential; alternatively, four (4) additional years of relevant SWE experience can substitute for a formal degree. Candidates should demonstrate extensive experience in designing, developing, testing, and debugging software solutions, particularly on Linux operating systems. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java is essential, along with a solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and system integration techniques.
