YOUR ROLE:

You will participate in the development of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectures. Extensive experience in designing and implementing REST APIs, systems integration, and delivering solutions under Agile/Scrum methodologies. Quality-driven, with a strong focus on scalability and continuous improvement, and proven ability to collaborate effectively within global and cross-functional teams.

Main Activities:

-Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.

-Build and support Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs.

-Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.

-Deliver production-ready code following secure coding standards for a Top Client in the Banking Sector.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Sciences or Equivant and 3-5+ years of experience
• Backend Development Experience: Java (11+), Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, , Hibernate/JPA, Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns
• Strong REST API Development Experience
• Agile delivery experience
• Conversational English.

Nice-to-have (extra) skills:

• Apache Kafka
• Database: PostgreSQL, SQL Query Optimization, Database Design
• Cloud & Containerization: Cloud (preferably GCP), Docker, Kubernetes
• Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Integration Testing, API Testinger
