The Role

• Maintain, develop, and improve internal web applications and optimize interfaces
• Design, develop, and optimize software systems for products and internal tools
• Contribute to interface, database, microservice, and UI planning
• Develop backend and frontend solutions, manage resources to meet sprint and project goals
• Identify and resolve software issues, perform quality assurance, and conduct code reviews
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to explore designs, debug, and accelerate prototyping
  
  

What You'll Need

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable IT qualification
• 3+ years experience with JavaScript, Vue.js, React, PHP, Symfony, and Laravel
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, databases, and version control systems
• Familiarity with web servers, Unix/Linux environments, and shell scripting is a plus
• 3+ years experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and reasoning models
