Role Description The Full Stack Developer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Kathmandu, with flexibility for some work from home. The developer will design, build, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring reliable performance and a smooth user experience. Day-to-day tasks include implementing responsive user interfaces, developing and integrating server-side logic, working with databases and APIs, and ensuring code quality through testing and reviews. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimizing existing systems, and contributing to documentation and continuous improvement. The developer will also help ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable software that supports Sunkoshi’s operational and business goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building complete web applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database integration.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), modern development workflows, and debugging and testing practices.
• Relevant experience with security best practices, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate in a hybrid work environment are required.
