We're looking for a senior
QA engineer to lead our quality assurance function. You'll be responsible for optimizing our quality control, minimizing code defects, and maximizing member satisfaction.
Location: This role requires spending at least one week per month in London with the team from day one, and being open to full relocation to London within 6 months of joining.

Requirements
- Experience with Manual Testing: Proficiency in manual testing practices for mobile applications, with a strong eye for detail
- Automated Testing of Non-Deterministic Workflows: Proven experience designing and maintaining automated tests for systems whose outputs are not fixed run-to-run — e.g. AI/LLM-driven features, agentic workflows, async pipelines, or event-driven systems. Comfortable defining oracles, tolerances, and stability strategies (retries, snapshots, semantic assertions) where exact-match assertions don't apply
- API Testing Automation: Hands-on experience in API test automation tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured, or similar), with a solid understanding of API design, data validation, and testing flows that span multiple stateful calls
- Documentation Skills: Excellent writing skills, with a passion for creating and maintaining comprehensive, easily understandable documentation
- Goal-Oriented & Productive: Strong ability to prioritize, stay focused, and get things done efficiently without compromising quality
- Adaptability & Speed: A proactive, can-do attitude, ready to move quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bonus points:
- Experience with Mobile Automation Tools: Familiarity with mobile test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest)
- Understanding of CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment practices, contributing to the QA pipeline's effectiveness
LLM / Agent Evaluation Frameworks: Exposure to eval frameworks for LLM-based systems (e.g., LangSmith, Braintrust, Promptfoo, DeepEval) or similar approaches for measuring quality of non-deterministic outputs
