You will join the engineering team during a critical and exciting phase of transformation, leading the migration from legacy on-premise systems to innovative cloud-based architectures. As a Tech Lead, you will be granted significant autonomy to take ownership not only of UI development but also of UX decision-making and specification feedback. This role offers the unique opportunity to directly influence both the evolution of our products and the growth of our autonomous engineering organization.

■ Minimum Requirements

- Technical knowledge in frontend domains, including web browsers, JavaScript, and networking.

- Experience with software testing and team development using version control systems like Git/GitHub.

- Proven development experience using TDD (Test-Driven Development) and DDD (Domain-Driven Design).

- Strong alignment with our mission/values and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.

- Business-level Japanese proficiency.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in project management, team management, or mentoring members.

- Hands-on experience developing cloud services, including the use of cloud managed services.

- Development experience within a Scrum framework.

- Experience publishing or contributing to Open Source Software (OSS).
