Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Hanoi. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain
web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Daily responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing functionality, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, performing code reviews, ensuring application performance and
security, and contributing to
technical documentation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development for building robust server-side applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive solutions.
- Knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks commonly used in web development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar).
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, and version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to write clean, tested, and well-documented code and to participate in code reviews.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
