About the Role

We are seeking a Software Developer to build high-performance web applications, create intuitive user interfaces, and develop scalable backend solutions using React and the .NET technology stack. This full-time, direct-hire position offers a remote work arrangement and involves contributing to application development, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build reusable UI components and optimize application performance.
• Develop APIs and backend services using C#, .NET 6+, and Web API.
• Design SQL Server tables and write efficient database queries.
• Test, debug, document, and maintain software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• At least 4 years of software development experience.
• Experience with Vite, React Router, state management, and schema validation tools.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET 6+, Web API, SQL Server, and JSON.
• Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio, NHibernate, and LINQ.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
