Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize backend services and automation scripts using Python and Node.js and Golang

• Build and maintain data collection systems, web scrapers, and API integrations

• Contribute to exchange-related systems, including market data feeds, trade tracking, and analytics

• Conduct deep technical research on blockchain technologies, exchanges, APIs, and system architectures

• Work with databases and structured data to store, process, and analyze system outputs

• Debug issues and improve performance, stability, and reliability

• Collaborate with senior engineers on system design, architecture, and planning

• Support blockchain and centralized exchange (CEX) research, including proof-of-concept development

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions

• Monitor logs, track errors, and assist in maintaining production and research environments

• Maintain daily work logs, task updates, and KPI tracking using internal tools

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering (CSE), Software or relevant fields.

Experience Requirement:

• 2–5 years

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong fundamentals in Python and JavaScript (Node.js) and Golang

• Experience working with APIs and web-based systems

• Solid understanding of data structures and object-oriented programming

• Genuine interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial systems

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, proxies, routing)

• Ability to create clear technical documentation and system designs

• Comfortable working in a remote, KPI-driven environment

• A collaborative team player who can also work independently under pressure

• Highly motivated to learn, accept feedback, and grow continuously

Preferred Skills & qualifications

• Experience in Agile or Scrum development environments

• Hands-on exposure to web scraping, automation, or data pipelines

• Familiarity with Git, Docker, or cloud platforms

• Exposure to cryptocurrency exchanges or DeFi ecosystems

• Interest in algorithmic trading or high-frequency trading systems
