WE ARE HIRING: Front-End UI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End UI Developer with strong design sensibility, engineering depth, and experience building modern web applications that are optimized not only for users but also for AI-driven search and discovery systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build fast, responsive, and production-grade web interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Own UI/UX implementation directly in code, ensuring high-quality visual and interaction design
• Translate requirements into working prototypes and production-ready interfaces without heavy reliance on static mockups
• Build meaningful UI motion including micro-interactions, transitions, and animated experiences
• Adapt interfaces across multiple client brands and design systems
• Integrate APIs and AI-driven services into front-end applications
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless data flow and feature integration
• Implement analytics, event tracking, and user behavior instrumentation across applications
• Work with tools such as GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel, Segment (or similar)
• Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models using structured UTM frameworks
• Ensure accurate capture of user intent and routing into CRM or downstream systems
• Own technical SEO implementation including crawlability, site structure, and schema.org structured data
• Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) principles
• Ensure applications are structured for discoverability and citation in AI systems (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude)
• Support entity-based structuring, canonical content, and machine-readable content design (including llms.txt where applicable)
• Maintain and manage front-end codebases using Git and modern development workflows
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability across multiple deployments
• Support CMS integration and ongoing updates for production systems

Requirements

• Strong experience in React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Strong command of modern CSS and component-based architecture
• Ability to design and build interfaces directly in code (strong UI/UX thinking)
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel, Segment or similar)
• Strong understanding of event tracking, tagging, and conversion measurement
• Experience with UTM-based attribution and multi-touch tracking models
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO (crawlability, structure, schema.org)
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services into front-end systems
• Strong Git/version control practices and production code ownership
• Ability to work across multiple client brands and design systems
• Strong communication and client-facing delivery mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion design (Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie, CSS animations)
• Exposure to richer motion tools (e.g., After Effects)
• Understanding of CRM integrations and lead lifecycle tracking
• Familiarity with AI search ecosystems and entity-based SEO concepts
• Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
