Title: Junior Software Engineer

Location: 100% Remote / Orlando, FL / Charlotte, NC / Atlanta, GA / Richmond, VA

Duration: 18 Months – (Contract To Hire)

Business Initiative/Purpose:

• To remediate the Risk Findings.

Bachelor Degree:

• Master's Degree.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining applications, reports, and dashboards.
• Work with data to support business reporting and analysis.
• Help troubleshoot basic application or data issues.
• Support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Learn new tools and technologies as part of the role.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–3 years of experience in software development, data analysis, or enterprise applications.
• Basic understanding of data structures, reporting, or application development concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

• Basic understanding of integrations or APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with testing concepts (test scenarios, test cases).
