About the Role
Nexplore AG is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to develop complex systems within an agile team using modern web technologies. You will work closely with customers and project teams to understand, evaluate, and implement requirements while contributing to high-quality software solutions.
The role combines full-stack software development, solution design, technical responsibility, automated testing, code reviews, and customer collaboration. You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of customers and domains while contributing your expertise and knowledge to a collaborative, self-organized team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop complex software systems within an agile team using modern web technologies.
Verify, evaluate, and implement customer requirements.
Ensure high software quality through automated testing, code reviews, and other quality-control measures.
Design complex solution options collaboratively with the team and evaluate their feasibility.
Take technical responsibility for concepts and solution proposals.
Present and represent technical concepts and solution proposals internally and to customers.
Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous development of the team.
Work independently on complex and unique technical problems and develop solution alternatives.
Contribute actively to agile software development practices and team improvement.
Required Qualifications
Several years of project experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
Professional experience with .NET and C#.
Experience with web technologies and Angular or another frontend ecosystem.
Experience with agile software development techniques and methodologies, including Scrum and TDD.
Very good German language skills.
Good English language skills.
Residence in Switzerland.
Preferred Qualifications
