Job description:

Denham Property & Injury Law primarily represents policyholders against insurance carriers across the country. We built and run our own AI native case management software, and it is central to how the firm operates. We are looking for an engineer to help improve it a potentially bring it to market

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain features in our case management platform
  • Fix bugs and keep the system reliable
  • Work on AI-powered tools that help draft documents and surface case information
  • Work directly with our attorneys to understand what they need

What we are looking for:

  • Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgment
  • Experience with modern web development (Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL) or the ability to learn it quickly
  • Someone who can reason about a system, not just work around problems
  • Care and discretion with confidential client information
