POSITION OVERVIEW

• Join a night-shift team supporting an international enterprise client, owning both frontend and backend code quality with high autonomy and minimal real-time supervision
• Core Development & Architecture: Take full ownership of feature implementation, code quality, and refactoring across web applications and integrated backend microservices
• Lead architectural discussions, enforce design patterns, and ensure compliance with security and performance benchmarks
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and gRPC services, ensuring proper async handling and caching strategies on the frontend
• High-Autonomy Asynchronous Execution: Proactively unblock technical challenges without real-time daytime supervision
• Conduct structured, transparent daily handover reports with daytime technical leads
• Client Collaboration: Act as the direct engineering touchpoint for international client stakeholders during their daytime hours
• Clarify user stories, review pull requests, and demo completed outputs in clear English

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Tech Stack

• Frontend: TypeScript, Modern JavaScript, React/Remix, VueJS, HTML5, CSS3/PostCSS, React Hooks, Zustand/Context, TailwindCSS/CSS Modules.
• Backend: TypeScript (Strict Mode), Java, Node.js 18+, PostgreSQL/AWS RDS, Drizzle ORM.
• Architecture & APIs: RESTful APIs, gRPC, GraphQL, WebSocket, Microservices; experience with async rendering and caching.
• Cloud & Tools: AWS/GCP, Git, CI/CD, LocalStack, Telepresence, Podman/Docker, kubectl, Insomnia.

Requirements

• 4+ years of strong software engineering experience for a Pre-Senior / 5+ years for Senior.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST, gRPC, GraphQL, Git workflows, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written), able to work directly with overseas Technical Leads and Product Owners.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients in a dedicated delivery model.
• Available to work full night shifts, Monday–Friday (GMT+7).

Preferred

• Experience with distributed systems, service mesh, or high-load microservices.
• Familiarity with Telepresence, Podman/Docker, LocalStack and microservices development environments.
• Experience mentoring or leading a small engineering team.

Working time: 21:00 – 05:00 OR 22:00 – 06:00 (Mon – Fri, GMT+7)
