Role Description

As a Full Stack Engineer at Booma AI, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power our requirements intelligence platform. You will collaborate with product managers and other engineers to implement new features, improve existing functionality, and ensure a robust, scalable architecture across front-end and back-end services. Typical responsibilities include building user interfaces, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, writing automated tests, and contributing to code reviews and technical documentation. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. You will be expected to participate in on-site collaboration as needed while maintaining a strong remote communication practice.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building production-grade web applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices such as version control, testing, CI/CD, and code review.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Berlin, Germany, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), or SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a focus on building secure, maintainable, and scalable systems.
