About Us
GSI Technologies builds cutting-edge Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions for the downstream oil & gas industry. We help operators connect, monitor, and optimize critical infrastructure through modern, scalable software and we're currently investing heavily in the digital transformation of our own development team, adopting new tools, practices, and architecture as we grow.
The Role
We're looking for a Software Developer to join our engineering team and help build the platforms that power real-world industrial operations. You'll work across the stack, from robust backend services to responsive, data-rich frontend interfaces, solving problems that matter in a domain few developers get to touch.
What You'll Work With
- Backend: C# / .NET
- Frontend: Angular, TypeScript
- Real-time, data-intensive integrations for industrial IoT systems
- A development team actively modernizing its tools, workflows, and architecture
What We're Looking For
- Solid, well-rounded programming skills and a genuine understanding of how software is built well
- A strong drive to keep learning — new tools, new patterns, new domains
- Reliable work ethic and a sense of ownership over your work
- Comfort with, or eagerness to grow into, C#/.NET and Angular/TypeScript
- Curiosity about industrial systems and IoT is a big plus
"We care more about your fundamentals and appetite for growth than ticking every box on a tech checklist!"
What We Offer
- Structured training and mentorship, we invest in your growth, not just your output
- A real seat at the table in an active digital restructuring of the development team: your input on tools and practices matters
- Exposure to a niche, technically interesting domain (industrial IoT for oil & gas) rarely offered elsewhere
- A collaborative team where knowledge-sharing is part of the culture
How to Apply
- Send your CV and a short note about what excites you about this role to https://www.mygsi.eu/jobs/software-developer-iiot-solutions/. We'd love to hear from developers who want to build something real and keep growing while they do it.
