About The Role
We are seeking a talented Product
Engineer to join our
Ops AI Platform team at the ground level. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the
architecture, product, and foundational systems of a cutting-edge platform that empowers operational teams through autonomous AI agents. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of product
engineering and
machine learning engineering, focusing on creating reliable, safe, and scalable AI-driven solutions that automate internal operational tasks. You will be instrumental in building a platform where AI agents can seamlessly integrate with internal tools, monitor their performance, and evolve without requiring extensive
engineering support. This position is perfect for someone passionate about building the future of work, with a strong interest in AI,
automation, and scalable system design. You will have the opportunity to influence system
architecture, mentor
engineers, and contribute to a product that will be used daily by our internal operations team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering or systems architecture
- Strong background in back-end engineering and scalable system design
- Experience with traditional machine learning, large language models (LLMs), or ML DevOps is a plus
- Product-minded with a focus on impactful solutions
- Self-directed, pragmatic, and eager to learn and grow
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is not required
- Experience with internal tools UX, multi-agent architectures, or human-in-the-loop systems is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize the architecture of the Ops AI Platform to support autonomous AI agents handling operational tasks
- Implement new capabilities for AI agents, including tool integration, context-aware interactions, and performance monitoring
- Build user interfaces where operations teams can create, monitor, and refine AI agents without requiring advanced technical skills
- Ensure safety, accuracy, and robustness through rigorous testing, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop validation processes
- Collaborate closely with ML, product, and engineering teams to align platform development with business goals
- Mentor junior engineers, contribute to engineering best practices, and participate in hiring efforts
- Scale the platform from initial deployment to supporting tens of thousands of automated tasks daily
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools and workflows for operational automation
