Position Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML templates, and CSS/SCSS styling.
• Design, build, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and external systems.
• Support backend development activities including business logic, API development, database interaction, and application troubleshooting.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following team standards and software development best practices.
• Participate in requirements discussions and translate functional requirements into technical tasks.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend components.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar, depending on project needs.
• Use Bitbucket for source code management, branching, pull requests, and code collaboration.
• Use Jira to manage assigned tasks, track progress, and update work status.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, core developers, QA engineers, product owners, DevOps, and support teams.
• Maintain technical documentation where required.
• Provide support for production issues, troubleshooting, and application enhancements when needed.
• Follow secure coding practices and contribute to performance optimization and application reliability.
  
  

Required Competencies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software development. Strong fresh graduates with relevant academic projects, internships, or practical training may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on experience or good understanding of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and backend service development.
• Practical experience or good understanding of Angular application development.
• Working knowledge of the core frontend technologies used with Angular, including TypeScript, HTML templates, CSS/SCSS, and basic JavaScript concepts.
• Good understanding of database concepts, SQL basics, and data access.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket or similar Git-based source control platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar task management tools.
• Basic understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and debugging practices.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

• Experience with Angular Material, Bootstrap, or similar UI component libraries.
• Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA.
• Familiarity with Spring Security, authentication, authorization, JWT, or OAuth2.
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle.
• Experience using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Linux environments, Docker, CI/CD, or deployment concepts.
• Basic understanding of logging, monitoring, performance troubleshooting, and production support.
