Full Stack Developer (Golang & React)

Location: Jakarta (Work From Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience in developing modern web applications using Golang for the backend and React.js for the frontend. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications, has strong problem-solving skills, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Golang and React.js.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services with performance, security, and scalability in mind.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate with System Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and code quality.
• Integrate applications with relational and non-relational databases.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Ensure applications comply with security, quality, and coding standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or a similar software development role.
• Strong proficiency in Golang for backend development.
• Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and clean architecture principles.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis is a plus.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application development.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
