Junior Flutter & Web3 Developer

Role

We are seeking a Junior Flutter & Web3 Developer to join our growing development team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced mobile and blockchain developers, contribute to a live product, and continue developing your technical skills within a fast-paced startup environment.

*IMPORTANT: This is currently a Sweat Equity role only. Compensation will be provided through equity/token participation and involvement in the project’s growth rather than a salary at this stage.

IMPORTANT: Applicants must be able to commit a minimum of 2 hours per day and work closely alongside our Mobile Developer and Blockchain Developer.*

Responsibilities

* Assist in developing and maintaining the DAOasis mobile application

* Build and enhance Flutter front-end features

* Work with APIs, endpoints, and backend integrations

* Support implementation of Web3 and wallet-related functionality

* Test, debug, and improve application performance

* Participate in technical discussions, planning, and product development

Requirements

* Experience with Flutter/Dart (personal, academic, freelance, or commercial)

* Understanding of APIs, endpoints, and backend integrations

* Basic understanding of Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency ecosystems

* Familiarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows

* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

* Good communication skills

* Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

Bonus Skills

* Experience with Supabase or Firebase

* Experience integrating wallets or Web3 SDKs

* Smart contract knowledge

* Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Base, or other EVM-compatible chains

* Previous startup experience or personal development projects
