We are seeking a motivated, curious, and technically minded Junior Developer to join our growing software development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career developers who are passionate about programming, software development, problem-solving, and learning modern technologies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.

• Write clean, readable, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers.

• Develop new features and make enhancements to existing applications.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues.

• Assist with frontend, backend, API, and database development tasks.

• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards.

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests.

• Assist with application deployments, configuration, and maintenance.

• Work with version control systems such as Git.

• Collaborate with Senior Developers, Software Engineers, QA Testers, UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.

• Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Maintain technical documentation and development records.

• Research new programming languages, frameworks, libraries, and development tools.

• Assist in improving application performance, reliability, usability, and security.

• Support production applications and resolve technical issues when required.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, C++, PHP, or Go.

• Understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON is a plus.

• Knowledge of Git and version control workflows is preferred.

• Familiarity with React, Vue.js, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Spring Boot, Django, Laravel, or similar frameworks is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of software testing and debugging practices.

• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently while receiving guidance from senior team members.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Academic projects, internships, personal projects, GitHub portfolios, or coding certifications are an advantage.
