Role Description Currently remote only, Mountain Time as needed

We are looking for a software developer who is interested in technical and scientifically robust tools that are fun and easy to use. You are expected to have ownership of the problems you are working on, but also develop broad skills and work closely with others on any other part of the project too.  You will work iteratively and independently, are flexible working on a wide variety of problems, and have interest in customer-driven technology.  

What you'll do:

• Work closely with other team members to design and build new features across the application - including plugins, front-end, back-end, and advanced simulation pipeline
• Identify, track, and fix critical bugs
• Optimize and streamline code and workflows
• Monitor and maintain production application deployment
• Ongoing planning and integration of new/improved technologies
• IT support
• Customer Support

What we are looking for:

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to work through problems independently
• Strong spatial reasoning and mathematical skills
• Can read/write TypeScript/Javascript, HTML, CSS 
• Experience with Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, and/or Docker/Kubernetes a plus
• Able to work U.S. Mountain time zone hours
