Full Stack Developer

Location: Hybrid (New York City Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize responsive web applications and user-facing features.
• Build engaging user experiences, marketing pages, and customer workflows.
• Develop and maintain high-performance applications using React and Next.js.
• Enhance and support a headless WordPress environment.
• Design and build scalable APIs and backend services.
• Develop data-driven interfaces and visualizations using large datasets.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and reusable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Implement security, performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full stack software development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience working with WordPress, preferably in a headless architecture.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Experience building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases and data-intensive applications.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital advertising technologies such as Google Ad Manager (GAM) or Google Publisher Tag (GPT).
• Experience building analytics platforms or data visualization applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.
• Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Vercel.
