Full Stack Developer
Location: Hybrid (New York City Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize responsive web applications and user-facing features.
- Build engaging user experiences, marketing pages, and customer workflows.
- Develop and maintain high-performance applications using React and Next.js.
- Enhance and support a headless WordPress environment.
- Design and build scalable APIs and backend services.
- Develop data-driven interfaces and visualizations using large datasets.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and reusable code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
- Implement security, performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full stack software development experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
- Experience working with WordPress, preferably in a headless architecture.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Experience building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
- Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases and data-intensive applications.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital advertising technologies such as Google Ad Manager (GAM) or Google Publisher Tag (GPT).
- Experience building analytics platforms or data visualization applications.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.
- Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Vercel.
