Role Description The No-Code Developer role is a part-time remote position focused on building and maintaining internal tools and workflows that support Pi Vector’s educational programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and configuring no-code applications, automations, and dashboards, integrating data from multiple platforms used for curriculum management, student enrollment, and performance tracking. The role involves collaborating with educators and operations staff to understand process requirements, translating them into efficient no-code solutions, and iterating based on feedback. The No-Code Developer will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, document configurations, and recommend improvements to enhance scalability and usability.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and software development practices.
- Ability to apply Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles when designing no-code workflows and data models.
- Familiarity with Back-End Web Development ideas, such as APIs, databases, and authentication, to effectively integrate no-code tools with existing systems.
- Experience with no-code or low-code platforms (e.g., Airtable, Make, Zapier, Bubble, Softr, or similar) and building automated workflows.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in system configuration and data integrity.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours, and deliver agreed outcomes on schedule.
- Prior experience in an edtech or education environment, or interest in international curricula and Olympiads, is beneficial.
