Key Responsibilities:

• Back-end Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and the NestJS framework, focusing on performance, scalability, and code maintainability.

• Front-end Development: Leverage modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular) to design and implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces that ensure an exceptional user experience..

• Database Management: Work with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch) to design and optimize data storage systems.

• Optimization & Security: Follow best practices in security and performance optimization throughout the development lifecycle to ensure robust, secure, and high-performing applications.

• Version Control & Collaboration: Use Git and GitLab for source code management and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth development and deployment processes.

• Testing & Maintenance: Write unit tests and develop automated scripts to maintain software quality, conducting regular performance reviews and troubleshooting to resolve issues quickly.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other engineers to build innovative and high-quality products.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.

• Technology Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern Angular frameworks; Expertise in Node.js and NestJS framework for building scalable and efficient server-side applications.

• AI-assisted Development (Vibe Coding): Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted coding (vibe coding) and AI models to automate, optimize, and accelerate full-stack software development in real-world projects.

• Database Skills: Proficient in working with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Elasticsearch).

• API Knowledge: Experience in designing and integrating RESTful API.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve complex technical issues

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proactivity & Creativity: Able to introduce new ideas, propose innovative solutions, and optimize existing processes to enhance team and product performance.

Preferred Qualifications (if any):

• DevOps Experience: Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
