About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will write production code across our technology stack from your first weeks. You will contribute to clinic-facing features, EHR integrations, AI pipelines, and the systems that support them.
This role is designed for new graduates and early-career engineers with 0β3 years of experience. You will develop quickly through mentorship from senior engineers, meaningful ownership of production features, and direct exposure to customers and real-world clinical workflows.
We make extensive use of agentic coding and AI-assisted development. You will learn to use these tools rigorously and effectively while developing strong engineering judgment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and deploy production features across the frontend and backend.
Work in fast development cycles where features can move from development to clinician beta and general availability within weeks.
Contribute to integrations with EHR systems and the clinical workflows supported by our platform.
Instrument, monitor, and continuously improve the systems you build through telemetry, error tracking, and feature-flagged releases.
Write secure, reliable, and maintainable code that meets the requirements of a HIPAA-regulated environment.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and engineering processes while helping improve development practices.
Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to solve technical and product challenges.
Participate in an on-call rotation supporting physicians during US clinic hours.
Occasionally travel to customer sites to gather first-hand feedback and help accelerate integrations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
0β3 years of professional software engineering experience, including internships, co-ops, or relevant project experience.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and turn ideas into working solutions.
Strong initiative and a willingness to take ownership without waiting for detailed instructions.
Genuine enthusiasm for software development and a strong commitment to testing and quality.
Comfortable working primarily on either the frontend or backend, with curiosity and willingness to develop broader full-stack skills.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Exposure to LLMs, agentic development tools, or AI evaluation frameworks.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud storage APIs, or SQL.
Interest in healthcare technology, clinical workflows, or regulated environments.
Experience building software projects outside of coursework.
