About SoftFlow Labs

We build business software that helps companies run their internal processes faster and with less manual work. Our first product is a workspace platform for teams — a multi-tenant SaaS with a web app and a mobile app, already in production.

We’re a small team. You’d be our frontend developer, not one of fifteen.

The role

You’ll own the frontend: a large web app with dozens of screens, plus the React Native app that shares its API. This is not feature-factory work — the interesting part is in the architecture: query cache design, auth flows across web and native, performance on heavy screens, an interface that ships in more than 12 locales.

You’ll work directly with our dev lead and have real influence on technical decisions.

Our stack

  • Web: React 18, TypeScript (strict), Vite, React Router 6, TanStack Query 5, Zustand, react-i18next, axios, oidc-client-ts
  • Mobile: React Native, Expo SDK 57 (expo-router, expo-auth-session, expo-secure-store, expo-notifications), EAS Build and EAS Update
  • UI: Tailwind CSS 3 with design tokens, NativeWind, lucide-react
  • Backend you’ll work against: ASP.NET Core (.NET 8), PostgreSQL. You don’t write C#, but being able to read it helps.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years with React and TypeScript, ideally 4–5
  • At least a year on a large application — dozens of screens, real state complexity, not a landing page or an admin panel with five forms
  • Solid TanStack Query: query keys, prefix invalidation, cache behavior across tabs
  • OIDC / OAuth2 on the client: Entra ID and Google as providers, refresh tokens, system-browser login on mobile
  • Tailwind, and comfort working from design tokens
  • Some React Native and Expo — at least one app shipped to a store or distributed internally. We’re not strict here; we’ll figure the mobile side out together.

Nice to have

  • Rich-text editing: TipTap or BlockNote
  • Real-time collaboration: Yjs, Hocuspocus
  • dnd-kit, TanStack Virtual, react-d3-tree, Leaflet
  • Reanimated, gesture-handler
  • Testing: Vitest, Playwright
  • Experience at a startup or on a small team where you decided things, not just implemented them

What we offer

  • Fully remote
  • Direct work with the dev lead and the founder, short decision cycles
  • Real ownership of the frontend, not tickets handed down
  • Competitive compensation, discussed individually
