About Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer who is adaptable, a fast learner, and able to translate ideas into prototypes or products that can be immediately tested and validated. This role will be heavily involved in the development of prototypes, internal tools, and cross-industry digital initiatives alongside stakeholder management and the analyst team. Candidates are expected to be comfortable working in an agile, fast-moving, and exploratory environment.

We are looking for engineers who are not only technically strong, but also have a problem-solving mindset and are able to move quickly in the experimentation & development process.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes, MVPs, or internal systems based on requirements from management and System Analysts
• Transforming business flows and wireframes into functional and scalable applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, designers, and other engineers in the process from discovery to implementation.
• Create backend services, API integration, and frontend implementation
• Make improvements to system performance, maintainability, and usability
• Assisting the technical exploration process for various new ideas or solutions
• Perform debugging, testing, and optimization on applications
• Organize a clean, modular, and maintainable code structure
• Adapting to the ever-evolving needs of technology and tools

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Fullstack Engineer
• Understand the concept of frontend and backend development well
• Familiar with: REST API / API integration, Database design & query optimization, Authentication & authorization, Git workflow, Deployment process
• Able to work quickly in prototyping and iterative development environments
• Strong problem-solving & analytical thinking
• Have good ownership and initiative
• Comfortable working with dynamic and evolving requirements
